Please view our timetable below for opening hours and session options. You'll find some sessions tailored for lane swimming with age restrictions, while others are open to all, with no designated lanes.

• The pool is closed on Bank Holidays
• All sessions are subject to adequate numbers of volunteer helpers
• During school holidays Family Swim will remain from 4pm-6pm
• Early Bird and Adult Lane swim are for members aged 16 years and over.
• The minimum age for the Teen Swim is 12 years.
• Sunday: The pool is open for the use of regular pool helpers, supervisors and their families from 11.00 am to 12.30 pm. Normal pool rules apply.
