A step-by-step guide to joining or renewing your membership
Renewing your membership
- Open the link to our membership page - https://www.joinit.org/o/polehampton-swimming-association.
- Click on the green LOGIN button and enter your login and password details. If you have forgotten your password, don't worry! you can request a new one to be sent to your email.
- Once logged in you will see a green RENEW MEMBERSHIP button for each of your members. Firstly, check each of your member's details are correct for this year and make any changes needed using the 'Edit membership info' button. You can do this for each member.
- Making your payment
Click on the RENEW MEMBERSHIP button next to your name. A page will open to take your payment. Make sure the 'Send membership confirmations to all memberships' button is checked. Under your details you will see a PAY NOW button. Click this to process your payment.
Renewing your membership will renew all of your family so you only need to do this once. You will receive a confirmation email of your renewal, with a new digital membership card for 2024 – one for each of your family members .
TIP: You can email your digital membership cards to yourself at any time. Login to your account and select membership details. Under each of your family members you will find the option to send the membership card to your email. - Adding additional household members over the 6-person limit
Please email membership@psaswimming.co.uk or contact Charlotte Hollidge on 07867 501106 to add additional members. The cost for each additional family member is £5 per person for the entire season. - Our booking system will open from May 2024. You will be able to view and book sessions in your membership account by selecting ‘upcoming events’. If you are not able to attend, please do cancel your session especially on hot days when pool tickets may be in high demand. Follow the link on your ticket confirmation email to the EventBrite website and login in to cancel your tickets or contact us on membership@psaswimming.co.uk.
Joining as a new member
- Open the link to our membership page - https://www.joinit.org/o/polehampton-swimming-association.
- Click on the green ‘JOIN’ button. Add your contact details and a password for your account. Please complete all fields. Now add each of your family members using the ‘+ add member’ button. It is important that this step is completed for each family member before you pay for your membership. You can add up to 6 people.
- Making your payment
Enter your card payment details and click the green ‘JOIN’ button. You will receive a confirmation email of your new membership – one for each of your family members.
- Your NEW digital membership card
Your confirmation email will include a digital membership card. Open the card and click the 'add' button to save this to your wallet (your wallet is a built-in app on your smartphone where your payment and loyalty cards are stored). Your card will be available to show when you visit the pool and can be scanned to show proof of your membership. Please remember to save a digital card on your phone for each of your family members. If you have any issues viewing or saving your new digital card, please contact us at membership@psaswimming.co.uk.
My phone cannot open the card what should I do?
Some phones may not have the built-in app for you to save your new card. You can download an app for free on Google Play called WalletPasses - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.walletpasses.android. Install the app on your phone and open the card. It will automatically save to WalletPasses. Done!
