How to join
To swim at Polehampton Pool, you’ll need to join as a member. Our membership covers a family of up to six people living in the same household and costs just £55 for the entire season.
Once you’ve joined, you can easily book your swim sessions online. The sessions are released weekly on our website and the first bookings will be open from the end of April 2025.

- Open the link to our membership joining page
- Select Family membership. Click the blue join box.
- Complete the form with your personal details and add the details of each of your family members using the + add member button. Please complete for each family member before you pay for your membership. You can add up to 6 people.
- Making your payment
Enter your card payment details and click the JOIN button. You will receive a confirmation email of your new membership – one for each of your family members.
- Your digital membership card
Your confirmation email will include a digital membership card. Open the card and click the 'add' button to save this to your wallet (your wallet is a built-in app on your smartphone where your payment and loyalty cards are stored). Your card will be available to show when you visit the pool and can be scanned to show proof of your membership. What if my phone cannot open the digital card
Some phones may not have the built-in app for you to save your new card. You can download an app for free on Google Play called WalletPasses - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.walletpasses.android. Install the app on your phone and open the card. It will automatically save to WalletPasses. Done!
Tip: You can email your digital membership card to yourself at any time. Login to your account and select membership details. Under each of your family members you will find the option to resend the membership card to your email.
- Adding additional household members over the 6-person limit
