How to use our new Registration form

Please follow the steps below to sign up for our 2022 swim season:

  1. Open the link to our new membership page - https://www.joinit.org/o/polehampton-swimming-association.
    ​
  2. Click on the green ‘JOIN’ button to complete your registration form and make your payment of £45 for this year's family membership.

    Add your contact details and a password for your account. Please complete all fields. Now add each of your family members using the ‘+ add member’ button. It is important that this step is completed for each family member before you sign up for your membership. You can add up to 6 people under one family membership.

  3. Making your payment
    Once your family members are added you can now enter your card payment details and click the green ‘JOIN’ button. You will receive a confirmation email of your new membership – one for each of your family members. 

  4. Adding additional household members over the 6-person limit
    The cost for each additional family member is £5 per person for the entire season. Please contact Charlotte Hollidge (Tel: 07867 501106) to add additional members.

  5. Your NEW digital membership card
    Your confirmation email will include a digital membership card.  Open the attachment and click the 'add' button to save this to your wallet (your wallet is a built-in app on your smartphone where your payment and loyalty cards are stored). Your card will be available to show when you visit the pool and can be scanned to show proof of your membership.

    Some phones may not have the built-in app for you to save your new card. You can download an app for free on Google Play called WalletPasses - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.walletpasses.android. Install the app on your phone and open the card. It will automatically save to WalletPasses. Done!

    Please remember to save a digital card on your phone for each of your family members. Or you can show your Eventbrite booking confirmation email for your swims. 

    Tip: You can email your digital membership card to yourself at any time. Login to your account and select membership details. Under each of your family members you will find the option to resend the membership card to your email.

Booking a swim session:
 
Our booking system will open on 2nd of May 2022 and tickets will be released weekly for all sessions. This means you can book tickets for the following week from Saturday morning at 8am when they will automatically go live. You will be able to view and book sessions in your membership account by selecting ‘upcoming events’.

This season we have increased our ticket numbers considerably for each session and available ticket numbers will be visible when you book.

How many sessions can I book each week?

This year you will be able to book as often as you want. However, if you are not able to attend, please do cancel your session especially on hot days when pool tickets may be in high demand. Follow the link on your ticket confirmation email to the Eventbrite website and login in to cancel your tickets.
